Hertz in Interlaken
Interlaken is a Swiss town with a name that describes its situation: between two lakes. If you are renting a car in Interlaken, you will find that many of the roads here have dramatic views of the Alps and the lakes. Interlaken is 35 miles south east of Bern on the A6/A8 motorway, which continues northeast through the city and on to Lucerne, 43 miles away.

You will also be able to drive to JungfrauPark, a popular theme park just to the south, or the unique Brienz-Rothorn steam-powered mountain railway. Interlaken itself has some grand old buildings in the centre and is a lively touring base for visitors heading to activities in the surrounding landscape.
